Why is this App even in the Canadian App Store if it is clearly just for the Americans?

Not an app that can be used in Canada by anyone with a Canadian IP address, and should be removed from the Canadian App Store as soon as possible.
Apple shouldnt allow developers to put apps into the Canadian store if they are geared to Americans and block the only feature that is useful for anyone else outside of the USA. Im sure this must violate one if Apples many terms that app developers must comply with to get on the Canadian App Store. I will be (and I encourage others too as well) reporting this to Apple so they may act on our behalf to remove this location discriminatory App from our Canadian store.
